1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to:

5. Non-Retaliation

Miss Techy strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports misconduct or participates in an investigation. 6. Investigations

Upon receipt of a report, Miss Techy will:

Employees are expected to cooperate fully with investigations.

7. False or Malicious Reports

While all good-faith reports are protected, knowingly submitting false or malicious allegations is a violation of this Policy and may result in disciplinary action.
