Rumor: Nokia is Set to Launch their First 18:9 Smartphone this Month.

Tecno launched its first ever Full Display Smartphone, and some of us had a reaction similar to this one:

Majorly because of the specs.

Now Nokia is set to join the 18:9 club with the Nokia 7 Plus:

Nokia 7

And even though you might have a reaction similar to this one:

Because the phone would obviously come with great specs (And by that I mean, you get a 6-inch bezel-less display, which is higher than the Nokia 7’s 5.2inch screen, a dual camera setup on the back with 12-megapixel +13-megapixel ZEISS-certified lenses. The front shooter comes with a 16-megapixel lens with an f/2.0 aperture, under all of that is a Snapdragon 660 processor that is backed by the new Kryo 260 CPU and Adreno 512 GPU, along with 4GB of RAM and an Android 8.0 out of the box).

…The price might be the deciding factor.

Possible launch date?

The Nokia 7 Plus may debut at the Mobile World Congress this month.

Until then, what do you think about 18:9 smartphones going mainstream?

    1. I left Nokia for smartphones
So a nokia smartphone is something I could go for.

    2. Nokia phones are cool. The only thing that piss me off is the design. They should improve jor. Check out Umidigi S2 Lite and you will understand what I mean.

i don’t understand what you’re saying o. Nokia have always been known for their quality. Have you seen the Nokia 3, 5, 6 or the Nokia 2? All those look really good and they are made from materials that would last. Their only ish is the pricing for their new devices. Nokia are like the Mercedes of phones; just because you dont see new ones often doesnt mean they are not good.

… WELL, THE ONLY THING GOING FOR THIS IS THE 18:9 DISPLAY. APART FROM THAT, I SEE NOTHING SPECTACULAR HERE, BUT SINCERELY, THE PRICE WILL BE A DECIDING FACTOR…

Wow….Nokia makes good and stunning devices that are fairly budget friendly…I like this phone but as usual the price will discourage me
