Here’s How Much Money You’ve Made For Facebook.

According to the latest earnings report, a lot of users are spending less time on Facebook, the company recorded a reduced watch time of 50 million hours, which is a drop of 0.035 hours. They also reported their first-ever decline in daily active users in the U.S. and Canada— it had 184 million daily users in this region in the quarter, down from 185 million in the previous quarter.

Now, here is why I immediately thought about this GIF:

…After reading the report.

Despite the decline in the number of users, Facebook still raked in a record $12.97 billion in total revenue last quarter! That is not all, the average revenue per user (worldwide) hit $6.18, up from $5.07 in the last quarter.

In other words, on an average, Facebook made $6.18 off each user in Q4 of 2017.

As for the decline, Zuck isn’t exactly worried:
He is more focused on ensuring that Facebook isn’t just fun to use, but also “good for people’s well-being and for society.” By “focusing on meaningful connections, our community and business will be stronger over the long term.”

Creating history... One review at a time.

… WELL, I WOULDN’T BE PESSIMISTIC, BUT I KNOW FACEBOOK WILL STILL CONTINUE TO GROW TO THAT TIME IT WILL REACH EQUILIBRIUM.
SINCERELY, THERE ARE EVEN DAYS I DON’T REMEMBER USING MY FACEBOOK APP AND OR GENERALLY SPENDING LESS TIME ON THE PLATFORM THAN BEFORE…

People have started seeing less need to be on social media. Despite the statistics, social media is a rave and will be for a very long time. I am not surprised Europe has an increase with user cause IAB Europe is constantly hosting events on the impact of social media and the rest of the world is just catching up as well. Loss or no Loss, Facebook is huge and can be used to share insightful information and engage people from all walks of life. I stumbled on an article that shared tips on how to use facebook to engage students. it was refreshing. 6. The man has already made billions on facebook so he don’t care weather people spend less time or not all he wants is to better the life of everyone not just for the money. So I give thump up to Oga mark.
