So, I had to visit Abuja some days back, and even though this isn’t my first time there, it was my time visiting Abuja with the Camon X Pro. Trust me to, once again, test out the 16MP rear camera of the X Pro.
Luckily, I also had the Gionee S11 Lite, which is slightly lower in camera specs:
But comes with a dual camera setup, that could take shots like this one:
Technically, you can go up to 10x digital zoom on the X Pro, but then you would be pushing things too far with that, as all details are lost at that level of digital zoom.
Overall, I noticed that the pictures taken with the Camon X Pro in normal mode turned out better than the one on the S11 Lite.

It was even better than the Zero 5
Overall, Outdoor images are colorful and pin-sharp:
With a good balance of exposure between highlights and shadows.
Although, I noticed that some shots were saturated, in particular, reds and greens are saturated far more than the competition – which will either be a plus or not, depending on your preference.
However, I think that, for the majority of the time, the X Pro’s photos were good. They offered enough detail, a good amount of sharpness and an average dynamic range.
So, over to you, what do you think?
Meanwhile, which picture do you think is better? A or B?
P.S. One was taken with the X Pro, while the other was taken with the Nokia 7 Plus.
