This Real-life Photo of the Galaxy S8 Could be a Photoshopped S7 Edge.

Thanks to the Note 7’s fiasco, the world is patiently waiting for the next big thing from Samsung which might be launched in February or the middle of April. Before then, we should expect to see more leaked photos and renders of the Galaxy S8. Today, an actual photo of the phone in a gold color variant was posted to China’s Weibo service, offering a head-on view of the display and chassis. Like the rumors suggest, the leak features ultra-thin bezels on the top and bottom with no sign of a physical home button.

However, considering that this looks so much like the Galaxy S7 edge and the fact that the new location of Samsung’s logo is different from Samsung’s usual placement, we might be looking at a photoshopped S7 edge.
What do you think?

… WELL, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE, EVEN THOUGH I DON’T BELIEVE THIS IS REAL. CHINESE MAY HAVE EARLY ON ACCESS TO PROTOTYPES AND SCHEMATIC DRAWINGS BECAUSE, MOST OEMS EITHER MANUFACTURES OR ASSEMBLE UN CHINA. BUT I BELIEVE THE FINALLY PRODUCT MAY BE DIFFERENT. EXCEPT IF THIS PICTURE IS FROM @EVLEAKS FORMERLY @EVANBLASS…

  4. Regardless, it looks good, just like the Note 7 we hope it doesn’t blow up in our faces.

No matter how the S8 might look, I know Samsung never disappoints when it comes to design. They should also take their time with this phone so as not to repeat their previous fiasco.
