Have You Seen The Email Microsoft Sent To An Intern That Everyone Is Talking About?

“Hey, Bae Intern” is the first words you will see in the email Microsoft sent to one of its interns.

..And  it only gets worse from there.
Microsoft’s cringeworthy attempt at being cool has been retweeted over 3,000 times after a Twitter user Patrick Burtchaell, tweeted an email  his roommate received  from a Microsoft University Recruiter. Have a look at it below:

What has got the Internet hating over the email that might not be a big deal to some is the fact that the person who wrote this was trying to depict how Millennials talk like, while completely missing the mark.
To defend itself, Microsoft told WinBeta that the email was a mistake, “The email was poorly worded and not in keeping with our values as a company,” Microsoft told the website. “We are looking into how this occurred and will take appropriate steps to address it.”

Cringeworthy or not, do you see anything wrong with a multi-billion dollar company like Microsoft sending an Email like this?
