Mark Zuckerberg Commended Jobberman And Nigerians Went Crazy With Their Comments

Yesterday, Nigeria thanks to Airtel gained access to Facebook’s Free basics platform that provides free internet services to people in developing countries.  (More on this later).
However, on the day of launch, Mark Zuckerberg took to his Facebook page to show his support. In his comment, he mentioned Jobberman, the impact they have made in the Nigeria tech space and the number of talented developers we have in the country.

Trust a lot of Nigerians to jump on that post with several comments, I sampled about 50 comments out of the 4,100 plus comments and couldn’t help but smile at my country.

Like I said,  more on the Free basics platform shortly. You can also click here to read about it.
In the meantime, a big kudos to the founders of Jobberman.

Its so funny, that many Nigerians began to suspect “SLAVERY” and “RECOLONIZATION”……ahhhhh!! What several years of oppression does to the mind!!!!!
