Milestone Acheived: 1 Billion People Used Facebook In A Single Day. Were You Part Of Them?

For Mark Zuckerberg, this is a great milestone.
Facebook reached a major milestone this week. On Monday, more than 1 billion people used Facebook. That’s the first time in Facebook’s history that 1 billion people logged on in a single day.

According to Mark “On [Monday, August 24], 1 in 7 people on Earth used Facebook to connect with their friends and family.”
The closest they’ve come to this was last year July when they reported that 1.5 billion people log onto the site at least once a month. Asides this, In June this year, Facebook had 968 million daily active users, so this is quite a feat.
A video was even created to celebrate this:

We made this video to celebrate all you've done to help our community connect one billion people in a single day. It's an amazing milestone. I hope you enjoy.
