It’s been a slow news day from my end, I apologize.
Anyway, can you imagine what could have happened if Microsoft created the first bezel-less phone? According to reports, Microsoft could have joined the bezel-less gang a lot earlier than the likes of Samsung and Xiaomi. This was revealed through an image circulating online. Have a look:
The reports claim that this could have been manufactured in 2014, but Microsoft chose to go with the design spotted on the Lumia 435.
- Here is what I think, I’m sure different phone companies had something like this in 2014 — as a matter of fact, Apple’s iPhone X started development 5 years ago in 2012 (2 years BEFORE Microsoft’s failed design exercise) — but I’m guessing that it was too expensive to manufacture a bezel-less screen until now.
So, over to you, do you think the bezel-less phone could have reversed the company’s fortune?
