You’d be amazed at the Interview Question Mark Zuckerberg asks before hiring anyone.
During a question-and-answer session at the just concluded Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, A member of the audience asked Zuckerberg what he looks for in a person before he hires them, Mark Zuckerberg, the 30-year-old billionaire replied that he always look for one key factor during a job interview, read what he said according to New York Daily News:
“I will only hire someone to work directly for me if I would work for that person,” said Zuckerberg.
“It’s a pretty good test and I think this rule has served me well. I think as long as you have that as your rule for picking the people you work with, you’re not going to go wrong
Zuckerberg, who has a net worth of $35 billion, said that the company looks for individuals who share the same values he has, according to him this decision making process has helped him to select people that has made Facebook become what it is today
If you were to ask me, I think His interview question makes a whole lot of sense, it is also something to ponder about:
CAN MARK ZUCKERBERG WORK FOR YOU?
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
P.S: Graduates looking for a good Job in a reputable company in Nigeria should better have an answer to this question because sooner or later, Nigerian employers would start twisting the question in order to use it as part of their interview questions.
