All The Gadgets Google Announced Today: If You Could Pick Two Devices, Which Ones Would They Be?

Google’s Pixel hardware event is finally over! Where it wasn’t as exciting as previous events we’ve seen this year, we still get to see some cool gadgets!

Of course, the first on the list are these — The Google Pixel and Pixel XL. Yes, the rumors were all true, which means that both phones sport Snapdragon 821 quad-core 2.15GHz processor, 4GB of RAM and Storage options starting at 32GB or 128GB. Both Pixel devices feature a 12-megapixel shooter in the rear with an f/2.0 aperture and a large 1.55-micron pixel sensor. Both come out of the box with Android Nougat 7.1 and are available in ‘quite’ black, ‘really’ blue, or ‘very’ silver

However, the  5-inch Pixel is powered by a 2,770mAh battery, while the larger 5.5-inch XL model features a 3,450mAh battery.

How much? We are looking at a $649 price tag for the Pixel; equivalent to N259,600 with the dollar rate at N400img_20160613_054203

Before you get all depressed with the price tag, Google also unveiled four more devices:

  1. The Daydream ‘View,’: Google’s fabric-lined VR viewer that’s both trendy and affordable (It starts at $79). One cool thing about this VR viewer is the fact that it fits over your eyeglasses. It also comes with a handheld controller to help you navigate the VR world properly.
