Today, Google made its biggest change to its logo, If you can remember, Google made slight changes to its Logo earlier this year, this time around Google went big! and by big, I mean a new sans -serif logo!

Google has dumped its Catull font logo in favor of a new sans-serif logo! Check out the GIF below, you can also check Google, do come back once you are done checking

Google VP of product management Tamar Yehoshua and director of user experience Bobby Nath said the change is intended to improve experience on mobile devices: “We’ve taken the Google logo and branding, which were originally built for a single desktop browser page, and updated them for a world of seamless computing across an endless number of devices and different kinds of inputs (such as tap, type and talk).”

This change isn’t just affecting the web, Currently, all the Google logos are being changed in their various offices, see one below:

Asides the reason mentioned above, I think another reason for the logo change is as a result of the Alphabet transition. Whichever way, I heart the new Google’s logo. Do you?
