With the recent adoption of live events on Facebook and Twitter, the social media giant Facebook is looking to explore all the available opportunities that exist therein. The recent one is the plan to Livestream the first ever meeting of two Premiere League football teams, Machester United and Everton for Wayne Rooney’s testimonial match. The stream will be available to all 1.7 billion Facebook users and will be the first time that Facebook will ever stream a Premiere League Match. We would also have a look at Manchester United’s new signings: Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and Eric Bailly.
The Livestream will kick off at 7:15, no link is available, yet, but this article will be updated once it is.
Now, imagine if Facebook plans to Livestream this Season’s English Premiere League matches?
