Andela, IrokoTv, and eight other African companies made Fast Company‘s annual list of The Most Innovative Companies of 2017. Fast Company‘s reporting team sifts through thousands of enterprises each year, searching for those that “tap both heartstrings and purse strings and use the engine of commerce to make a difference in the world.”
This year’s Africa ranking puts Andela, MFS Africa, and Gro Intelligence ahead in first to third positions respectively. IrokoTV takes fifth place behind Wilderness Safari, with WeFarm, SafeMotos, Podozim, Njorku and Zuvaa also making the top ten.
