Can you fill half-a-terabyte of memory using only a smartphone?
Last year, Sandisk unveiled the largest MicroSD card, a 400GB monster and we were all like:
Now, another company —Intergral—has topped that by 112GB! They unveiled a 512GB MicroSD card which you can buy later in February.
With a transfer rate of 80MB/second, you’d need more than an hour and a half to transfer 512GB worth of data, which is lower than SanDisk’s 100MB/second transfer rate.
The price hasn’t been revealed yet, but since Sandisk’s 400GB MicroSD card is currently selling for $249.99, I’d expect this to be within the price range of $300- $350, that is about N110,000.
